FAQ

I didn’t attend the preview session. Will I feel left out?

Not at all. This retreat is designed to be a complete experience on its own. Whether you’ve done some inner work or are just beginning, you’ll be gently guided through every practice.

I’m not sure if I have “trauma.” Is this still for me?

Absolutely. Trauma isn't only about major events—it can be subtle patterns, emotional neglect, or childhood dynamics that still influence your adult life. This retreat will help you understand your emotional blueprint, wherever you are.

Will I have to share personal things in a group?

No you don’t. The retreat includes optional sharing, and you're never pushed to speak before you're ready. You will still gain deep insights from witnessing others and working with your own reflections.

Is this like therapy?

Not exactly. This is a therapeutic space, not therapy. It draws from evidence-based approaches like Transactional Analysis, Compassionate Inquiry, and nervous system science—but the experience is experiential, immersive, embodied, and heart-centered.

I’ve done other retreats. How is this different?

This retreat blends 5 elements breathwork, inner child work, and psychological insights tailored for driven, sensitive adults who feel stuck, “too emotional,” or disconnected. It’s not about peak experiences—it’s about sustainable emotional shifts.

What kind of people join this retreat?

Successful, well-travelled, and thoughtful individuals (ages 30–50) who feel something’s missing. Many are professionals, creatives, or caregivers who are finally making time for their own healing.

What will I need to bring?

You’ll receive a welcome guide closer to the retreat with a full packing list, but for now: come with openness, comfortable clothing, a journal, and a willingness to meet yourself kindly.

Who is not eligible to attend?

If you are pregnant, undergone a recent surgery / invasive procedure in the past 3 months, currently under treatment for a psychiatric illness and children below 8 years are not advised to participate

Will I get a refund if I can’t attend the retreat?

No, there will be no refunds. You are advised to be sure of your availability before proceeding to register.

What to do if I can’t attend the retreat?

In the event of unavoidable circumstances you can transfer your ticket to another person and inform us in writing with details of the new participant. This can be done up to 7 days before the retreat start date.
